How long does shipping usually take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the country. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

What is your return policy for damaged items?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days of receipt. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement once the item is received.
